Billing Solutions, Inc. was founded by Dr. Bill Mlkvy and his wife Barbara. When it became apparent that a dedicated billing unit was needed for BSI's sister company, Ultrasound Services, Inc., a niche market was discovered and Billing Solutions, Inc. was born. Since that time, BSI has been providing quality medical billing to physicians in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With the additional knowledge gained from being a medical provider in their own right, the BSI team adapts to meet the individual needs of every client.

Integrity is the hallmark of the business philosophy of Bill and Barbara Mlkvy. Billing Solutions sends out thousands of claims and bills each week and of course, each one must be accurate in order to be paid correctly.
